FSF: The World Cup Ticket Scandal Lands at the DIC, Heads Will Roll

Senegalese football is facing turmoil following the elimination in the Round of 16 by Belgium and the dismissal of Pape Thiaw. The Go-Gaindé platform filed a complaint against Elite Sports Events Management, represented by Iyane Thiam, for unpaid amounts of 60 million CFA francs from the sale of World Cup tickets in 2026. Abdoulaye Fall, president of the FSF, had previously downplayed the situation by explaining the ticket distribution process.
