Fuel Price: Dangote Refinery breaks silence on suspension of petrol gantry sale

The Dangote Refinery officially denied reports that it had suspended petrol gantry sales to marketers. Group spokesperson Anthony Chijiena described the claims as false. The wholesale petrol price remains at $0.779 per liter (about N1,075). Meanwhile, private depots such as Optimus, Emedab, and Parker have raised their ex-depot prices by N100, pushing them to N1,200–N1,225 per liter, while retail pump prices remain flat in Abuja at N1,155 and N1,205 per liter.
