Funding of the PND 2026-2030/Souleymane Diarrassouba: "the fiscal effort must be shared by all"

Souleymane Diarrassouba, the Minister of Planning and Development, presented the National Development Plan (PND 2026-2030) at a press conference in Abidjan. This program, valued at 114,832.5 billion FCFA, relies mainly on a 70.2% contribution from the private sector. Diarrassouba emphasized the need to broaden the tax base and formalize the informal sector to meet funding goals, while assuring that existing taxpayers would not be double taxed.
