Damascus and Tripoli confirm the reopening of the Syrian embassy in Libya

Syria and Libya have agreed to reopen the Syrian embassy in Tripoli and to revive their bilateral cooperation. This decision was made during a meeting between Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah and Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Hassan al-Shaibani. The two countries also decided to reactivate the Libyan-Syrian Joint Higher Committee to coordinate their political, economic, and social relations.
