Galatasaray ask Osimhen to help in Lookman chase

Galatasaray have asked their striker Victor Osimhen to help convince fellow Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman to move to Istanbul this summer. Lookman, 28, joined Atlético Madrid in January for €35m and has scored five goals with four assists in 24 appearances. Atlético, already having lost Antoine Griezmann, are reluctant to let another key player leave. Osimhen is acting as an informal mediator to facilitate the transfer.
