Gate 7 residents win court battle to rebuild homes after Maitland demolitions

The Western Cape High Court ordered the City of Cape Town, its Law Enforcement department and the Ndabeni Communal Property Trust to restore Gate 7 residents’ peaceful possession of the Wingfield Camp property in Maitland.
