Gideon Moi’s Land Document Goes Missing as Registry Starts Replacement Process

Former Baringo County Senator Gideon Moi has reported a missing land document for a property in Kitale. A Gazette Notice issued on October 2 states that the document has been lost and a replacement process has begun, with a 60-day period for objections. The Moi family had previously initiated efforts to recover land in Trans Nzoia, including properties belonging to Raymond Kipruto Moi, another son of Daniel Arap Moi. Official notices confirm that sufficient evidence has been provided to show the documents are genuinely missing, in accordance with Kenyan land registration laws.
