Go to Court- Kaduna govt fires back at contractors over alleged N30bn debt

The Kaduna State Government has urged contractors claiming they are owed about N30 billion to seek legal recourse in court. Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mr. Ibrahim Hamza, stated that the government would not be swayed by public pressure and would only honor duly certified claims. He also noted that some circulating claims were either exaggerated or lacked complete documentation.
