Gov Mbah suspends Enugu monarch over alleged misconduct - Daily Post Nigeria

The Enugu State government has suspended Williams Ezugwu, the traditional ruler of Ibagwa Opi Ogbozalla autonomous community in Nsukka LGA, for misconduct. The suspension, effective immediately, was due to allegations of failing to adhere to the community’s code of conduct, refusing to form a cabinet, and not establishing a town union executive, risking community stability. The government stated that his actions could lead to avoidable crisis in the community.
