Gov Namadi slams federal lawmaker as 'worst representative'

Jigawa State Governor Malam Umar Namadi described the federal lawmaker representing Hadejia, Auyo and Kafin Hausa constituency, Hon. Ibrahim Usman, as the worst representative ever produced by the constituency. Namadi accused the lawmaker of failing to execute any meaningful developmental projects in eleven years and of being a mere presence at the National Assembly. He challenged Usman to seek his mandate under an opposition party if he believes he has political support. The governor also commended the people of Auyo for their support and assured them of people-oriented projects. The delegation from Auyo, led by Alhaji Garba Muhammad Auyo, reaffirmed loyalty to Governor Namadi and the APC, listing projects like the area's first boarding technical college.
