Government Council Adopts Labor Reforms, Elections

The Government Council, chaired by Aziz Akhannouch, adopted draft law No. 032.26 amending the Labour Code, introducing major changes to the status of private security personnel. Security guards will no longer be considered as working in discontinuous activity but will instead be subject to the standard working time regime. This reform aims to ensure fairness for workers in the private security sector and reflects commitments made under collective agreements and ongoing social dialogue.
