Governor Alia establishes primary healthcare board and approves 23 other appointments

Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia has established a five-member primary healthcare board and approved 23 appointments to replace officials who left his administration. The board is chaired by Dr. Tolough Godfrey, with Dr. Kadev Kenneth Kelvin as executive secretary and three members representing Zones A, B and C. The other appointments include special advisers, assistants and officials at state agencies. Chief Press Secretary Tersoo Kula said all appointments take immediate effect.
