GP to Almadies: How Gnima Sougou Received Drugs Sent by Her Husband from the United States

On September 1, 29-year-old Gnima Sougou was arrested in Ngor-Almadies after receiving a package containing 10.60 kg of hashish, 193 g of a white powder suspected to be cocaine, and 170 g of MDMA. The arrest was prompted by a tip-off on WhatsApp from a group called 'New York-Dakar'. Searches revealed items similar to those found in the package, along with 400,000 CFA francs in her handbag.
