Grassy Park constable probed over alleged drugs, cellphone smuggling

A constable at Grassy Park police station is under investigation for allegedly smuggling drugs and a cellphone into holding cells. A resident filed a complaint after his arrest for theft in July, claiming the officer handed drugs and a phone to detainees, some of whom were gang-affiliated.
