Groupe Duval announces 11.8 billion FCFA investment in Sadi Mall, expected by the end of 2026 in Douala

French group Duval plans to open Sadi Mall, a shopping complex under construction in Bonamoussadi, by the end of 2026, with an investment of 11.8 billion FCFA. The project will cover over 12,000 m² and will include a shopping gallery, boutiques, a business center, as well as offices and leisure spaces. Sadi Mall will notably host Intermarché and La Foir’Fouille, further strengthening Duval Group's distribution activities in Cameroon.
