NTSA Seeks Drivers Filmed Driving Dangerously on Nairobi Expressway

Kenya’s National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is investigating two luxury-car drivers filmed racing and overtaking dangerously on the Nairobi Expressway. The viral footage shows a Mercedes-Benz C-Class and a Lamborghini coming close to other cars while overtaking on the left, as collision-warning alarms sound. NTSA has asked the public to send the vehicles’ registration numbers through its social media direct messages so it can identify the drivers and take action. The probe comes amid a rise in deadly crashes, including a collision that killed 25 people on the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway near Mtito Andei.
