Gunmen abduct NYSC members in Kogi, 11 rescued — Police

Several members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) were abducted on Wednesday along the Aloma-Egane Expressway in Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State. The police confirmed the rescue of 11 victims, including the drivers of the two buses involved in the incident. The attack occurred around 4:40 PM when armed men blocked the buses and abducted passengers. The rescued victims were allowed to continue their journey after debriefing.
