Gunmen kill three mourners, one other, abduct two in fresh Benue attacks

At least four people, including three mourners, were killed by armed militia in the Sati-Ikov community of Ushongo Local Government Area in Benue State. The victims were attacked while returning from a burial, leaving several others with gunshot wounds. Among those abducted were a popular patent medicine shop owner and a Point of Sale (POS) operator. Lawmaker Simon Gabo condemned the rising violence in the area.
