‘Had Jonathan attacked you, would you be in power today?’ Rufai Oseni challenges APC

Television anchor Rufai Oseni criticized the ruling APC for repeatedly attacking and harassing opposition voices, saying this threatens democracy. On Arise Television’s “Morning Show,” he recalled that Goodluck Jonathan allowed APC leaders to protest, insult him and call for his resignation while they were in opposition, without arresting or silencing them. Oseni warned that continued attacks could push Nigeria toward one-party rule and anarchy. He urged the APC to tolerate criticism and focus on governing.
