Hakimi one assist away from Eto'o's Champions League record!

Achraf Hakimi provided the final assist in PSG’s 4-2 win over Barcelona and now has 19 assists in the Champions League. The Moroccan international is tied with Mohamed Salah in second place among African players and is one assist short of Samuel Eto’o’s record of 20. Hakimi could surpass that mark this season. He has already matched Eto’o’s tally of three Champions League titles, winning with Real Madrid in 2018 and PSG in 2025 and 2026.
