Haut-Sassandra: Mamadou Touré presents the regional council's report to the diaspora in France

Mamadou Touré, the president of the Haut-Sassandra Regional Council, presented the report on the first three years of the territorial management in Paris on August 29, 2026. An investment budget of 17.02 billion FCFA was allocated to projects aimed at improving the living conditions of the population. Out of 392 planned projects, 354 have been completed, reflecting the Council's commitment. The meeting also aimed to strengthen ties between local elected officials and the Ivorian diaspora in France.
