Hayden Panettiere: Investigators Trace the Origin of the Fatal Pill Before Her Last Flight

Hayden Panettiere, a 36-year-old actress, reportedly ingested a fentanyl-contaminated oxycodone pill, leading to her death on August 16 in Greenville, South Carolina. Investigators from the DEA in Los Angeles are trying to establish a link between Panettiere's regular supplier and the fatal pill. Although no criminal act was detected at the scene, official toxicology results are still pending. Panettiere had recently shared her struggles with addiction and postpartum depression.
