Health in Côte d’Ivoire: INFAS Evaluates Its Pre-Employment Internship

In Yamoussoukro, the National Institute for Health Worker Training (INFAS) and its partners assessed the first cohort of the pre-employment qualification internship, supported by the French Development Agency (AFD). Nearly 3,000 graduates participated in this program to enhance their practical skills in health, despite shortcomings in supervision, follow-up, and logistical resources. Recommendations included securing ongoing funding and sustainability from the government.
