Healthcare: Kaduna to rehabilitate 17 centres of excellence

Kaduna State Government is rehabilitating 17 Primary Healthcare Centres into Centres of Excellence and has distributed standard tricycle ambulances to improve emergency referrals in rural and underserved communities. Kaduna's Secretary to the State Government, Dr Abdulkadir Mu’azu Mayere, emphasized that the project demonstrates Governor Uba Sani’s commitment to accessible quality healthcare. The upgrades will include infrastructure improvements, medical equipment, medicines, and enhanced service delivery to strengthen local healthcare hubs and emergency response systems.
