High Court Upholds Directive Banning Graffiti, Artistic Designs & Tinted Windows on PSVs

The High Court has upheld the National Transport and Safety Authority's (NTSA) directive banning graffiti and artistic designs on public service vehicles (PSVs). In a ruling on April 29, 2026, Justice Bahati Mwamuye found that NTSA acted within its legal mandate to enhance public safety. The authority noted that such decorations made it difficult for law enforcement to identify the vehicles.
