Hisbah arrests 26 in Sokoto crackdown on immoral activities

The Sokoto State Hisbah Board arrested 26 men and women during a coordinated enforcement operation across parts of the state capital under its "Operation Tsaftace Birnin Shehu" initiative. The operation was led by Commander-General Malam Usman Abdullahi Jatau and Director of Da'awah Imam Sirajo Abubakar. Raids occurred in Nakasari, Hubbare, Offer Road, the Sokoto Central Motor Park, and Giginya Hotel. The identities of the suspects and specific offences were not disclosed.
