How ARCOP Caught Egeeb and Esidco Companies in the Act of Fraud

The PUDC reported Egeeb SARL and Esidco to Senegal’s public procurement regulator, ARCOP, over suspected forged concrete formulation reports and strength-test records for health infrastructure projects in Fatick and Kaolack. The documents carried the letterheads and stamps of Naag Labo and Laboratoire Services Sénégal, both of which confirmed in writing that they had been falsified. The PUDC also accused the project supervision consortium Deco-IC/Afric Consult of negligence. On January 7, 2026, ARCOP’s Dispute Resolution Committee instructed its investigation unit to open an administrative inquiry.
