How Boko Haram–ISWAP fighters clashed, attacked APC guber candidate's convoy

Recent violence has erupted in Borno State as rival factions of Boko Haram and ISWAP clashed in Sambisa Forest, resulting in at least 23 terrorist deaths. Meanwhile, Boko Haram ambushed the convoy of APC governorship candidate Mustapha Gubio near Kareto community, but the attack was repelled by security forces with no casualties reported. However, a police armored vehicle was damaged during the encounter.
