Huduma Kenya Explains When Old Good Conduct Payment Receipts Can Still Be Used

Huduma Kenya confirmed that Kenyans who paid for a Certificate of Good Conduct but have not yet completed fingerprint capture can still use their original payment receipt, provided it has been less than one year since the payment date. This clarification was issued in response to a citizen's inquiry on social media regarding the validity of payment receipts. If the payment was made more than a year ago, a new payment will be required before proceeding with fingerprint recording.
