Hundreds flee homes in Far North Cameroon after armed group raid kills 15

Hundreds of people have fled their homes after an armed group killed 15 in the village of Madegoua near Makary in Far North Cameroon. The attack triggered mass displacement from 10 nearby villages, with people heading towards Kousseri and other towns near the Nigerian border. Local health services are under pressure, and displaced individuals have not received government assistance, with many women and children going days without food.
