Benin: Recruitment of Teacher Aspirants Moves to Active Phase

The recruitment process for Teacher Aspirants (AME) was initiated with the installation of a technical committee on September 18, 2026, led by Rodrigue S. Chaou. This committee is tasked with updating and verifying the database of AME, following the validation of recruitment modalities by President Romuald Wadagni. This initiative follows a dialogue between the government and unions, planning for a gradual integration of the concerned teachers into the public service.
