ICRC's physical rehabilitation program assists war victims in North Kivu.

In the DRC, the ICRC continues its physical rehabilitation program for people with disabilities, especially war victims. Nearly 4,000 people benefit annually, half in North Kivu, where 80% are direct war victims. The program provides prostheses, orthoses, repair, and maintenance.
