Ido-Osun airport: Traditional ruler raises alarm over land encroachment

Oba Olayinka Jokotola, the traditional ruler of Ido-Osun, raised concerns over alleged encroachment on land acquired by the government for aviation purposes. He noted that the disputed land was part of a government acquisition from 1935, recently designated for the development of an Aviation City. The monarch also alleged that some individuals were using government agencies to intimidate community members and called for documentary verification to clarify ownership of the disputed property.
