DRC: ARSP and DGDA strengthen their collaboration to increase benefits for Congolese companies in subcontracting

The Director General of ARSP, Beleshayi Kasanda Juan Ted, and the DGDA's Director General, Bernard Kabese Musangu, held a meeting in Kinshasa to enhance the participation of Congolese companies in the national economy. They discussed the implementation of the Mining Code and the new local content law, aiming to improve tax and customs incentives for subcontracting companies. A technical commission will be established to continue discussions and formulate concrete proposals.
