‘I’m very proud of you’: Tinubu praises the CityBoy Movement

Nigerian President Bola Tinubu praised the CityBoy Movement and the Relax Tinubu is Fixing Nigeria support group at a meeting at the State House. He called CityBoy a new model of political organisation, citing verifiable members across states, local governments, wards and polling units, as well as its call centre and CityBoy Care community programme. Tinubu thanked members for defending his administration in markets, on campuses, at motorparks and on social media, even when doing so was unpopular. The movement was founded by the president’s son, Seyi Tinubu, who serves as its patron.
