In Cameroon, household soap export revenues reach 52.9 billion FCFA in 2025

Cameroonian exports of household soap in bars reached 74,208 tons in 2025, reflecting a 31.1% increase compared to 2024. Soap manufacturers generated revenues of 52.9 billion FCFA, an increase of 18.7 billion FCFA from the previous year. Nigeria is the main market for these products, accounting for 68% of Cameroon's soap exports in 2023.
