In Front of Elon Musk, Trump Discusses His Uncle's Report on Nikola Tesla – La Nouvelle Tribune

On October 8, 2026, Donald Trump discussed a 1943 report written by his uncle, John G. Trump, on Nikola Tesla during the 'Golden Age of American Innovation Summit' in Washington. Trump described his uncle as a prominent MIT scientist who contributed to wartime defense and radar development. He highlighted that his uncle had given Tesla a very positive appraisal, contrasting with the official 1943 report, which described Tesla's writings as speculative and lacking new principles. Tesla's archives were sent to Belgrade and are now kept at the Tesla Museum.
