During a working visit to Jerusalem, President Félix Tshisekedi reaffirmed the Democratic Republic of Congo's commitment to its sovereignty and territorial integrity in a meeting with Israeli President Isaac Herzog. Tshisekedi discussed the security and humanitarian situation in Eastern DRC, where territories are occupied by M23 rebels supported by Rwanda. He also expressed the desire to build a modern and pragmatic partnership with Israel, focused on concrete results in areas such as agriculture and youth employment.
