In pictures: new exchange of 410 prisoners between Ukraine and Russia

A prisoner exchange of 410 individuals took place between Ukraine and Russia, with each country releasing 205 detainees. Among the released Ukrainian prisoners were soldiers, sergeants, and officers captured during the fighting in Mariupol and other areas since the start of the Russian invasion in 2022. A video showed Ukrainian soldiers in tears upon their return, reuniting with comrades and calling out to their loved ones.
