India call up Bhuvneshwar for West Indies T20 finale with Singh in doubt

India have added fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar to the squad for the fifth and deciding T20 against West Indies as cover for Arshdeep Singh, who is recovering from a shoulder injury. Singh was hurt during the fourth match in Hyderabad, where West Indies levelled the series at 2-2; his availability for Saturday’s match in Bengaluru will be decided before play. The 36-year-old Bhuvneshwar returns to India’s T20I setup after nearly four years away. He has also been named in India’s squad for the T20 series in New Zealand, starting October 22.
