Infos27: Isaac J.-Claude Tshilumbayi: 'If our people decide, we will change the Constitution'

Isaac Jean-Claude Tshilumbayi, the First Vice-President of the National Assembly of the DRC, stated that the decision to change the Constitution belongs to the Congolese people, who could express their will through a referendum. The bill for constitutional revision will be examined in a second reading during the September parliamentary session. Additionally, Tshilumbayi dismissed the notion of power-sharing or the participation of armed groups in the national dialogue.
