Insecurity: Let Tinubu, Defence Minister travel without escorts — APM

The Allied Peoples Movement (APM) challenged President Bola Tinubu and Defence Minister Gen. Christopher Musa to travel without armed escorts to prove that Nigeria's security situation has improved. The APM criticized the Tinubu administration for living in denial about worsening insecurity, citing the 2026 Global Terrorism Index ranking Nigeria as the fourth most insecure country. The party also reported that over 600,000 Nigerians have been killed and 2.2 million abducted during Tinubu's presidency.
