In Kisumu, Musa Juma built the Siget Farm dairy goat enterprise around a buck valued at Sh110,000, earning income from premium breeding stock and goat milk. His farm keeps 19 goats, including three bucks. Juma’s star Saanen, nearly four years old and weighing 98 kilogrammes, was crowned Supreme Champion Buck at this month’s 125th Nairobi International Trade Fair at Jamhuri Park.
