Insurance: Belife Cameroon Reacquires Stake from Prudential in its Togolese Subsidiary

Belife Insurance SA of Cameroon has reacquired a stake from Prudential Africa Holdings Limited in the Togolese life insurance company, formerly Beneficial Life Insurance. The transfer was recorded on November 28, 2025, and formalized by a notarial deed on February 2, 2026, with Prudential transferring its stake to Belife. The Togolese company, now a single-shareholder corporation with a capital of 3 billion FCFA, changed its name to Belife Insurance SA.
