Intensified Russian strikes are tearing Kyiv apart, Klitschko warns

Kyiv's mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko, warned that intensified Russian drone and missile strikes are destroying the city’s critical infrastructure, logistics, and housing. After a strike on the Pivdennyi bridge, all traffic on it and two other key bridges has been halted, causing major delays. One person was killed in a residential building hit overnight. President Zelensky stated that Russia is conducting massive attacks to destroy infrastructure and force residents to flee, while Russia claims its strikes are retaliation for Ukrainian attacks on Russian energy facilities.
