Investigators trained in digital evidence management in Bunia

Since September 21, MONUSCO has been conducting a four-day workshop in Bunia, Ituri, training about ten civilian and military investigators in electronic evidence management for judicial procedures. Catherine-Anne Moore, head of MONUSCO's Justice Support Section, states that the initiative aims to develop a practical guide to implement the Digital Code, ensuring that data collection, preservation, and exploitation meet national and international standards. Additionally, MONUSCO hosts weekly 'legal cafes' in Bunia, where experts discuss technical and legal aspects of investigations with investigators.
