IPOB questions continued detention of Nnamdi Kanu

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) questioned the continued detention of its leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, and called for a speedy hearing of his appeal at the Court of Appeal. The group argued that Kanu's conviction was based on a repealed Terrorism Prevention Act.
