Iran’s FM urges diplomacy in call with Saudi counterpart

Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud received a call from Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, where they discussed recent regional escalations following the Houthi attack on Saudi airports. Araghchi emphasized that military solutions are ineffective and offered Iran's assistance to promote dialogue between Saudi Arabia and Yemen. After the deadly attack in Riyadh, US President Donald Trump indicated he might reconsider the US role in Yemen and potentially resume strikes against Iran.
