Israel: At least 10 African countries affected by travel restrictions

At least 10 African countries, including Algeria, Comoros, Djibouti, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Somalia, Sudan, and Tunisia, are affected by Israeli restrictions preventing certain airline crew members from operating flights to and from Israel. The restrictions follow an incident on September 30 involving a FlyDubai flight where a Omani co-pilot allegedly assaulted the captain. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered a review of international flight security measures.
