On Thursday, September 3, the military court of Kinshasa Gombe is set to rule on his request for provisional release, supported by his lawyer due to his concerning health condition. Sanga, arrested under what are deemed arbitrary conditions, claimed he acted in self-defense during a nighttime intervention.
